Flat rate delivery is available to UK mainland addresses at £5.50 which is selected during the payment process. If buying multiple items an additional amount will be calculated.
International delivery charges where applicable will be added upon confirmation of your address and payment details, prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

We use insured courier services for shipping of original artwork or Royal Mail Insured services for limited editions where applicable. We also use a network of postal services to benefit from fast, secure and best price delivery.
Based on the country destination, some orders maybe subject to customs and/or import fees. Customs fees are calculated based on import, brokerage, duties and taxes and are not included in the delivery fee quoted. They will be assessed once the artwork enters the destination and must be paid by the order recipient.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Customers are responsible for reporting damages caused in transit to the postal service provider.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only replace items that are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
To report an issue please add your details, description of the problem along with clear photos to help us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. The item must be unused and in its original undamaged package. Please submit them to info@paulstone.co.uk This information is crucial for our internal reporting and help us investigate the error.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure it is resolved efficiently
Once your report has been processed you will receive updates on the issue being resolved.
PAYMENT SECURITY
We use Paypal for online payments allowing us to securely process your choice of card payment and complete the transaction safely. Bank transfer payments can be arranged for original artworks or limited editions.
